Pelleted feeds have become more and more due to its advantages such as guaranteed nutritional content, easy to transport and storage, etc. After considerable effort of our remarkable team, the 2t/h, 5t/h and 10t/h feed pellet plants have been successfully developed. Features of 10t/h Feed Pellet Production Line
● The 10 t/h feed pellet line occupies less floor space and needs low investment in construction work. The modular structure is convenient for assembly and disassembly, facilitating the shipment and installation.
● PLC controlled, alarm device is available. The operation is simple and convenient.
● Wide applications. It can process different materials, such as corn, maize, grass, grains, and protein, molasses and so on.
● Non-dust when the pellet line is working.

Main Feed Pellet Processing Steps of the 10t/h Feed Pellet Production Line

♦ The feed material crushing system primarily serves to reduce the raw material to the required grain size. This system is mainly made of level indicator, grinding bin, pneumatic gates, buffer tundish, impeller type feeder, air below, pulse dust collector, pulverizer , air-lock conveyor auger, bucker elevator, pulverous precleaning sieve, permanent magnet cylinder. These devices startup in the following order: bucket elevator, air-lock conveyor auger, pulse dust collector, pulverizer. After operating normally of the pulverizer, startup the impeller type feeder.
♦ The objective of feed mixing system is to start with a certain assortment of ingredients called a “formula”, totaling some definite weight. This is processed so that each small unit of the whole, either a mouthful or a day’s feeding, is the same proportion as the original formula. This system is mainly made of level indicator, mixing bin, buffer tundish, two-shaft high-efficient mixer, scrapper conveyor, elevator, permanent magnet cylinder and pneumatic links. These devices startup in the following order: elevator, scrapper conveyor, two-shaft high-efficient.
♦ The feed pelleting system primarily serves is transformation of a soft, often dusty feed into a hard pellet. This system is the core of feed pellet production line, and made of pelleting bin, level indicator, buffer tundish, pellet making machine, air shutter, cooling machine, crumbler, air below, cyclone, air shutter, elevator, rotary classification screen, pneumatic links.
The pelleting process starts with a pelleting bin in which the mixture of mash is stored. From there, the mash will flow by gravity into the pellet mill. This machine is usually located on the ground or main work floor level. The hot, extruded mash (pellets) flows by gravity into a feed pellet cooling machine where it is held for three to six minutes while being cooled and dried by a flow of air. The air is drawn through the mass of pellets and passed into a dust collecting device, such as a cyclone collector. The dust from the outlet of the collector is returned to the pellet mill to again be compacted into a pellet
♦ The feed pellet packing system primarily serves to package feed pellets according to certain specifications. This system is mainly made of product bin, packaging weighing and conveying seam. The workflow of packing system is feeder, weighing device, folder bag, conveying seam.
♦ Auxiliary equipment can provide enhanced properties and processing. There are many types of auxiliary equipment, including air compressor, air tank, and liquid addition pipeline system. Air compressor is a machine that is capable of converting electrical power into kinetic energy, specifically by utilizing compressed air. Air tank is a pneumatic pressure vessel for storing compressed air to operate pneumatic equipment.
