Feed pellets grading machine is used to classify feed pellets in animal feed pellet plant. Under the effect of screen body movement, the materials distribute in the whole screen evenly and generate automatic classification. The small size feed pellets sieve quickly while large size feed pellets move towards the discharge end. This machine is used in the last procedure of feed mills granulating section. Qualified pellets feed products are extracted and the unqualified are crushed or granulated again. It is widely used in the feed mills for screening materials. We can provide two models for SFJZ Grading machine and SFJH Grading machine

Working Principle of SFJZ Feed Pellets Grading Machine

The vibrating sieve surface will classify the different particles according to the size.
Reasonable selection of mesh size and dip angle of screen surface make the particles sieved rapidly.
In the work status, two reverse rotation self-synchronization motors make the actuator produce exciting force. The exciting force forces the screen body to do the longitudinal motion together with the screen mesh. The materials above will be thrown forward a rang cyclically and accordingly the screening operation will be completed.

Working Principle of SFJH Feed Pellets Grading Machine

The sieving boat is transmitted by driving box. Its trajectory is circumference on the feeding end, gradually becomes the elliptical motion on the length direction and at last becomes straight line motion on the discharge end. Due to the impact caused by the circular movement of sieve body, the materials distribute in the whole screen evenly and generate automatic grading, thereby,small size feed pellets sieve quickly while large size feed pellets move towards the discharge. In the process of moving,there is no agitation and vertical jump, so the smaller particles are always close to the screen surface and ready to sieve.Approximate reciprocating linear motion of discharge end and screen body makes the sieving effect weakened, so the particles bigger than the screen hole size move to the discharge direction quickly, at last discharge from the machine.
